1943 White Halftrack M2A1

1943 White Half-Track M2A1 w/ A-frame hoist.

   This unit is used at the Osceola Mine for winching and lifting. It's also used as a skidder for logging. The A-frame hoist folds out to the rear. There is a mid-ship mounted winch equipped with 400 feet of 3/8 aircraft cable which has a breaking strength of 14,000 lbs. It is currently being used for towing an air compressor for demolition, road repair and prospecting.
