Photo of the Month

This is a pond that was rebuilt in the Fall of 2008. It is the same pond that caused severe damage to the Osceola mill before I purchased the property. I was assured that the only reason that the pond had originally failed, after ten years, was because it was built improperly. The pond was to be a water source in case of a fire in the area. As you can see, the pond failed, again!!! The Osceola mill is about one thousand feet away with an elevation drop of about three hundred feet. To see what happened to all of the water, mud and rock, click here.
