This is water that should be going under the mill instead of going through and around. Some of the water is actually flowing into the Osceola Mine through the portal. Shortly, after this picture was taken, I was able to back flush the culvert under the mill using a motor and pump that I had picked up at D&K Detector Sales exclusively for this purpose. This allowed the water to be channeled back down the culvert and allow the drying out process to begin.
