Catch Basin Rehab. After last years flood inside the mill, it was decided that what was causing the flooding was not only a lot of rain but, the debris that floated down to the catch basin. A secondary grate was fashioned to divert some of the larger limbs away and allow the water to go underneath to the drain pipe.
