Here's Phillip, posing with the old hoist inside the Osceola Mine. The hoist was originally used for the incline shaft (winze) that is directly behind Phillip. Once the Colorado tunnel is cleared of obstacles, a person would be able to travel from the Yellow Jacket portal, approximately 3500 feet away, to this point and out the Osceola portal.
